Please note that selecting "Canada Post Small Packet International Air" will NOT include a tracking number. We will not be responsible for these lost orders. The cheapest tracked option is "Canada Post Tracked Packet."

Our models are made in Canada and exempt from tariffs under CUSMA. All U.S. orders will be shipped with UPS or Purolator to take advantage of the tariff exemptions. Small handling fees may apply in some cases.
Shipping and Exchange Policy
Although we do not offer returns and refunds, we are happy to exchange your model if it is damaged in shipping. Please contact us at info@3ddesigndeck.ca to request an exchange.
Conditions
- Model must be damaged in shipping.
- Exchange must be requested within a week of delivery.
- Model must be returned at the buyer's expense.
- Model must be returned in its original packaging with all of its elements.
- 3D Design Deck will send a replacement upon receiving the model.
- If you do not wish to receive a replacement or one is unavailable, 3D Design Deck will instead issue a 25% discount code for a future model.
- If a replacement model is sent but arrives damaged, 3D Design Deck will instead issue a 40% discount code for a future model.
Please ensure that you will be able to receive your package. If the delivery is missed and returned by the courier, extra fees will apply to resend the order. Feel free to let us know if you will be away as we are happy to schedule your shipping date to accommodate.
Lost Orders
- Please consider selecting a tracked shipping option for security and insurance as we are not able to issue refunds or replacements for lost untracked orders (shipped with the Canada Post Small Packet International Air option)
